In the world of Feng Shui there are so many different Feng Shui schools and theories. Some of the more popular Feng Shui Schools that you may have heard of include:

 

Forms School of Feng Shui.

Eight House School of Feng Shui.

Flying Stars School of Feng Shui.

San Yuen School of Feng Shui.

San He (Three Harmony) of Feng Shui.

Dai Yuen Hong Flying Stars Feng Shui.

Within each of these schools there are also many divergent branches which can often be confusing for the beginner. However, there is no point in arguing which school is better as each branch of each school has its own unique attributes.  The best way forward is to study as many schools as possible and then apply their teachings selectively to the situation at hand.

In Asia, some Masters use the Eight House School method of Feng Shui, while others use the Flying Star School or the San He (Three Harmony) School. Regardless of their particular methodology, all of these Feng Shui Masters have been able to achieve positive outcomes for their clients.

In Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology, I was luck enough to follow a number Feng Shui, BaZi, Four Pillars and Zi Wei Dou Shu Masters to study. I learnt a few different Feng Shui Schools’ theories!

Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology Bazi, Four Pillars or Zi Wei Dou Shu knowledge is a life time learning curve. The learning can never be stopped! Once you step one foot into the door of the mataphysics of Chinese astrology, the other foot will follows. It is just like learning how to play chess, how to play piano, how to draw a picture or calligraphy. To keep on improving, not only that it is a life time learning for Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology four pillars themselves, to accurately reading a Bazi Chart or Four Pillars chart, we need to understand the social trends and history as well.

Feng Shui is no mysterious, just the FORMS and the QI combine!

If a Feng Shui Master said to you that by applying his/her ways of Feng Shui (most of the time selling you their products), then Feng Shui (those Feng Shui Decorations) could bring you a lot of money. Just don’t trust them. Think this way, if they can do it for you, why can’t they do it for themselves and make a lot of money for themselves. Why do they still need to come to you and make only a few hundred dollars from you?

In the World of Feng Shui, just like any other profession, there are good and bad practioners. Some Feng Shui Consultants if they are member of certain organisations, most of the time those consultants are working within Code of Ethics!
